Brand Ambassador

Sales and Customer Service

As a brand ambassador you will be responsible for representing clients on a face to face basis. This is a customer focused role with a key focus on performance. You will be expected to work towards weekly and monthly performance goals as well as achieve other acquisition metrics.

This is an exciting role which plays a key part in ensuring the delivery of high volume, high quality customers for our clients. You’ll be focused on communication, delivery, customer acquisition and customer service.

You will be expected to operate at a high level with a minimal amount of supervision, operating in a hands-on environment where quality customer interactions are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with prospective customers on behalf of our clients.
  • Perform toward weekly and monthly performance goals.
  • Capture key performance data on behalf of our clients.
  • Ensure quality acquisitions and customer retention.
  • Work well in a competitive team to develop best practice and new acquisitions strategies.

Key skills:

  • verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • An ability to motivate oneself.
  • An ability to stay positive and focused under pressure.
  • No experience needed

Travel Requirement: Travel should be expected with this role. A personal vehicle is not necessary.
